Progress report

how to do my progress report? I have no idea to start my progress report.
how should I write for the introduction and literature review sections? can I copy directly from the previous proposal? or I should rewrite the introduction and literature review sections? what should I write for the current status section? I have stucked at this section, don't know what should I write for it.
