Mayang Tea Trip

Mayang Tea is also called Sarawak Tea which is very famous in Sarawak. However, until now, I just realize the presence of the Sarawak Tea. Because I thought that tea must be planted at the highland with low temperature. So, I never thought that tea can also be planted at Sarawak. Mayang Tea company is located at somewhere near to Serian which is quite far from Unimas. We assembled at HEP in the early morning. But, we spent a lot of time in waiting for a bus. hiaz.. This is the first bad impression for this trip.

Second, it is so uncomfortable when sitting in the bus because the road is so bad causing bus to shake all the time. It is just like sitting in the roller coaster. That feeling is really bad.

I thought that the place planted with tea will be cooler than other places, but it is totally wrong. The weather over there is as hot as in Unimas. So hot when we were visiting the processing factory and when we go aroung the tea farm. This is the third bad impression.

Afetr that, we went to Serian's town area for lunch. I was be told that Serian is famous with their durian and there is a big durian statue located at the center of the town.

The worst thing that we need to do after the trip is to write a report concerning about the trip. I hate to do report again!!!
